The fourth of July falls mid week this year. The season’s holiday can be an excellent time to enjoy some needed and well deserved recreation with family and friends, close to home. There are many activities and specialty events associated with “The Day” that one could attend throughout the Country, as well.
If your choice is to extend your boundaries toward events far afield, choose wisely your destination, travel safely, and leave the fire works to the professionals.
But if your preference is to center your rest and relaxation plans around the grill, pool, or deck this year, then make the most of this time. Perhaps affording yourself the opportunity to rest mind, body, and soul is in the plan. That refreshing, relaxing period of time to yourself. Just to soak in the tub, some aromatherapy, or applying a soothing, scented body lotion afterward, and cuddling up in a lush organic cotton bath robe or body wrap and savoring the moment.
